This registration allows you to sign up for participation, complete contact information, and submit payment for Adult Turf time on Sunday nights (6-7:30P). Sessions are 90 minutes, and this registration will allow you to sign up for one or more months:
January 8th, 22nd & 29th
February 5th, 12th & 26th
March 5th, 12th, 19th & 26th
April 2nd, 16th & 23rd.
Complete all information accurately.
